Description

The Tour of the California Alps 2006, aka the legendary Death Ride! 5 mountain passes, 125 miles and over 15000 feet of climbing. Really nice is that about 80 miles of the course is closed off for traffic. Late in the day a nasty thunderstorm rolled in over Markleeville… we just lucked out as we were still on the Carson Pass at the time.
