Description
This is a great alpine walk in the mountains above Grenoble in France. It is a fairly hard walk as you can see from the stats with a lot of climbing and a fair distance. We passed a refuge at the mid point of the walk so it would be possible to stop there for the night if you wanted to break it up into a two day walk. There were also many spots that would have been ideal for a bivvy as well.
The scenery and the location are just amazing with plenty of rocky technical paths passing past idillic little lakes in the mountains
