Description
A very tough climb that Ed and I did – the second time for Ed, the first time for me – what a tough climb! We did a moderate to moderate/hard pace – my average heartrate was only 139 bpm for the whole climb – and we still did an excellent time of 41:07 – I think if I had gone as hard as possible, I could have done about 5 minutes faster, for a time of about 36 minutes or so – we’ll see, the next time I do this climb! Definitely one of the hardest climbs in the Bay Area!!
