Description

Demo Forest is one of the finest places in the Bay Area to ride a mountain bike. Though it can perhaps be a bit intimidating for beginners, the nice thing is that you can gradually learn and practice a lot of tricks here: steep twisty singletrack, bunny hops, jumps, log rides, etcetera.

The route shown here takes you down Sawpit trail – as opposed to this Demo ride elsewhere on the site that featured the Braille trail – and throws some great singletrack, a few steep technical spots and a bunch of (optional) stunts at you. For maximum fun, you could combine Sawpit, Braille, and for instance Tractor trail into multiple loops. Don’t forget the grind home on Hihn’s Mill road though.
