Description
A super ride with Warren – we did a moderate pace up Felton-Empire (my average heartrate was only 140 bpm), but still did 31:16 for the climb – a tribute to our improved conditioning – it was fun! We kept the pace mellow going down to Santa Cruz and real mellow as we wound our way through Santa Cruz, then did a very easy to moderate pace back up Glen Canyon into Scotts Valley. Great weather, too!
