Description
Henry Coe ride starting in Hunting Hollow; first up Lyman-Wilson to get the lactic acid flowing, then from Camp Wilson up Steer Ridge to the Mount Wilson summit – a perfect spot for a break.
This part contains some really brutal sections but the views are grandiose. On one side the coastal range and Monterey Bay, on the other side the snowcapped Sierra’s in the background.
We collected our rewards for all this hammering by zipping down the fine Spike Jones singletrack.
