Description
Page Mill road – one of the best known and most popular road climbs on the Peninsula; starting at the parking lot near the 280 freeway, finishing on Skyline Boulevard. In between 6 miles of climbing and 2 miles flat/downhill. The toughest, steepest part is at around mile 3.5. Some nice views on the Silicon Valley along the way. Descending Page Mill can be tricky – the pavement at times is very sketchy (though repaving efforts are currently ongoing), there are lots of blind corners and significant car traffic in the weekends.
