  • September 12, 2007 Cheers to our 1000th registered user! And with more than 3000 uploads so far there’s plenty of interesting routes to discover on the site – we hope to keep up the growth.
  • August 26, 2007 Due to routing problems at the data center that hosts our server, we’ve been off the air for quite a while on Saturday and Sunday. The problems seems to have been resolved now, and as far as we can judge, everything is working fine again. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
  • August 22, 2007 We’re enjoying the summer and doing some big rides, and so do you seem to do, given the large number of pretty cool looking trips being posted. We haven’t gone entirely into summer recess though – stay posted for some new features and site improvements we hope to present here soon. Also, keep an eye on the blog for what we’re up to.
  • May 24, 2007 Just gotten out of beta, we experienced our first down time in 5 months past night (DNS problems at our host)... Murphy anyone? Anyway, the problem is fixed and everything is running again.

  • April 27, 2007 A bug causing problems with picture upload for users of Microsoft Internet Explorer has been cleared – things should be working fine again.   • Feb 2, 2007 You can now set your default home map on any area and zoom level by using the button ‘Set Home’ in the top right corner of the map, which will save the current view. Read more about this in this blog post.
  • Jan 21, 2007 Mapshark is a new ‘meta-mapping’ site offering a.o. a Google co-op search engine on maps and mapping aps. In related news, GPS Tracklog added us to his custom search engine on GPS.
